Email support@kezulo.com and we’ll get back to you. It helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Restore purchases
If you’ve subscribed to Kezulo Pro and it isn’t showing as active (for example after reinstalling or on a new device), open the Kezulo Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside Kezulo. To cancel: open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Kezulo → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Pricing shows as unavailable
Prices are fetched live from the App Store. If the paywall can’t load them, check your internet connection and tap Retry. If it persists, fully close and reopen the app, or try again in a few minutes.
AI card generation or Ask AI failed
AI responses depend on a network connection and shared capacity. If a request fails:
- Check your internet connection and try again.
- If you see “Too many requests,” wait a moment and retry.
- Confirm you haven’t reached your current AI limit (below).
A failed request that returns no useful response does not count against your daily Ask AI limit.
AI limits
To keep AI features sustainable, Kezulo includes usage limits:
- Free: 10 AI card generations total (lifetime), and 5 Ask AI tutor messages per day.
- Pro: 150 AI card generations per month, and 10 Ask AI tutor messages per day.
These limits may change as Kezulo improves.
Decks & cards basics
Create a deck from the Home screen, then add cards with a front (question) and back (answer). Tap a deck to study it; during study you rate each card so the scheduler knows when to show it again. You can edit or delete decks and cards at any time.
iCloud sync
When you’re signed in to iCloud, Kezulo can keep your study data in sync across your devices using the same Apple ID. Sync happens through your private iCloud database and may take a moment to appear on another device.
Importing from Anki
Kezulo can import decks from Anki .apkg export files — this is free.
Use the import option in the Home screen toolbar and choose your .apkg file.
Imported cards are added as new cards you can study right away. (Cloze-style and
media-heavy cards may not import fully.)
